Greener Goals

We are recognizing, planning and implementing our goals in becoming a Greener restaurant:

• Buying more local and organic products at our local Farmers Market
• Conservation of natural resources and reduction of waste - such as providing water and bread only upon request
• Partnering with waste management companies that recycle and compost our kitchen waste
• Increasing energy efficiency, reducing electrical and natural gas usage by replacing existing equipment with more efficient models
• A goal to replace our packaging with recycled or reusable materials

We hope that our guests share a similar commitment to a sustainable planet and are willing to help, even in the smallest ways, to help us obtain our goals.
